This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 24.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.32046 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order of this Court dated 24.11.2022 in W.P.No.32046 of 2022 has been complied with.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
