		Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in
		pursuance to Crime No.192 of 2021 of Central Crime
		Station, Hyderabad P.S., dated 03.11.2021,<br>registered
		for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420
		and 170 r/w.34 of IPC, in which petitioner has been
		arrayed as one of the accused, disciplinary action was
		initiated by the respondents and after calling for report
		from the Inspector General of Police, and in pursuance
		to the report so submitted, by proceedings, dated
		04.07.2022, to 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent has
		by G.O.Rt. No.244, dated 01.03.2023, dropped further
		action.<br>However,<br>strangely<br>once<br>again<br>after
		superannuation, by impugned letter, dated 16.12.2024,
		petitioner is once again called upon to attend enquiry
		in relation to the allegations levelled in Crime No.192
		of 2021.
		2.<br>Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time

to place on record the charge-sheet, if any, filed in
Crime No.192 of 2021, to ascertain what exactly the
role of the petitioner in the aforesaid crime.
