The petitioners have filed reply/rejoinder to the said counters stating that the surveyor without conducting survey and without identifying lands in survey No.63/4 of Challapalli Village, Somandepalli Mandal, Ananthapuram District, the respondents are proceeding with the construction of Village Secretariat in the petitioners' lands and issued the said proceedings. To support their contention they also filed photographs.
Considering the submissions made in the reply as well as rejoinder, there shall be a direction to the District Surveyor to conduct survey and identify the lands of the petitioners in survey No.63/4 of Challapalli Village, Somandepalli Mandal, Ananthapuram District and also constructions which are taken up by the respondents for Village Secretariat and submit a report.
