		The<br>interlocutory<br>application<br>is<br>filed
		under the caption "for being mentioned"<br>to
		correct an error in the impugned order.
		Heard<br>learned<br>counsel<br>for<br>the
		petitioner/respondent.
		As rightly pointed out by the learned
		counsel, if the appellants deposit the money, it
		is the respondent who is to withdraw the
		same.
		Therefore, considering the<br>same, the
		penultimate paragraph of the interim order
		dated 22.06.2023<br>is modified as follows:
		"In case, "the respondents" wishes to
		withdraw the amount, they shall make an
		appropriate application and it shall be decided
		on its own merits".
		Rest of the order is left intact.
		Office is directed to make the necessary
		amendment and also issue fresh copy of the
		modified order dated 20.04.2023 accordingly.
