	Heard. Perused the record. In the facts and
	circumstances of the case, there shall be <i>interim</i>
	stay of operation of the Order dated 30.09.2024
	passed in FCOP No.1811 of 2015 by the Judge,
	Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, subject
	to condition of the petitioner depositing 50% of the
	arrears of maintenance, within a period of eight
	(08) weeks. In the event of failure to comply with
	the aforesaid condition, this order will not enure to
	the benefit of the petitioner.
