Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim suspension of the Removal Order No. 02/118(4)/2021-RCPM dated 04.02.2022, and permit the petitioner to discharge duties, pending disposal of the Writ Petition and pass Pending disposal of WP No. 2127 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

ORDER

"The present application is filed to suspend the removal order No. O2/118(4)/2021-RCPM, dated 04.02.2022 and permit the petitioner to discharge duties, pending disposal of the writ petition.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be an interim suspension of the removal order No. O2/118(4)/2021-RCPM, dated 04.02.2022 and permit the petitioner to discharge his duties till 28.02.2023."
