Ltd., Kandimallayapalli (V), B.Mattam (M), Kadapa (D) further direct the 2<sup>nd</sup> Respondent to adjust and deduct the payments to be made by the Petitioner to the 2<sup>nd</sup> Respondent towards electricity charges for consumption of import power through the HT Service SCNO. CDP.638 from out of the dues payable by the 2<sup>nd</sup> Respondent to the Petitioner towards purchase of export power under the Power Purchase Agreement dated 16.09.2016 entered into between the Petitioner and the 2<sup>nd</sup> Respondent.
