Whereas the petitioner has presented this Contempt case under Section 10 to 12 $of$ the Contempt $of$ Courts Act. 1971. through his counsel Smt. Kavitha Gottipati praying the High Court to punish the Contemnors/respondents herein, for willfully and deliberately disobeying the orders dated 11.10.2022 passed by the High Court in W.P. No. 33044 of 2022, in the interest of justice. $\overline{ }$

Whereas the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. Kavitha Gottipati Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice before admission to the respondents herein, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted, made the following

ORDER:

"Notice before admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s), is permitted to take out personal notice on the respondents by RPAD and file proof of service in the Registry.

Post the matter on 29.03.2023."
