Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondent(s) sought time for filing affidavit of the Officer who appeared before this Court. But so far, no such affidavit has been filed and there is no progress in this matter for implementing orders of this Court which was passed five years back, ordering the authorities to implement the minimum pay scale to the Petitioner(s). At request of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, for getting proper instructions from the concerned and for compliance, list the matter on 13.08.2024, as last chance. Registry is directed to verify whether any affidavit has been filed or not as referred above and place the same on record. ______ VJP, J PND
