Payment for June,<br>2021, the only remaining month of second quarter, shall be<br>made before the next date of hearing i.e., 29.12.2021.<br>Regarding payment for third and fourth quarters of<br>2021, the Chairman and Managing Director, Southern Power<br>Distribution Company of A.P. Limited, shall file his own<br>affidavit giving time frame, by which date the payment for<br>third and fourth quarters of 2021 shall be made to the<br>appellants @ Rs.2.43 ps. and/or Rs.2.44 ps. per unit, as the<br>case may be. | |||
| The affidavit shall be filed before the next date of<br>hearing. | |||
| Although the matters were posted for final hearing,<br>but due to paucity of time final hearing is not possible. | |||
