		Government Pleader for Services II, makes request for
		adjournment on the ground that the matter will be
		argued<br>by<br>the learned Government Pleader but<br>he is
		presently engaged in another Court.
		2.<br>Learned counsel for the respondent submits
		urgency in the matter, as the benefit of the order
		passed by the Tribunal in favour<br>of<br>the respondent, the
		respondent<br>is not able to enjoy.
		3.<br>In such old matters the learned Government
		Pleader should have<br>made an alternative arrangement,
		if he is engaged in some other Court.
		4.<br>The learned Assistant Government Pleaders
		should also prepare the matter,<br>to argue the same in
		case of engagement of learned Government Pleaders
		in another Court, as in the present case, on 17.02.2025,
		the following order was also passed:
		"At request of learned Government Pleader<br>for Services –<br>III to get prepare and argue the<br>matter finally, post next week."
		5.<br>However,<br>considering<br>the<br>request,<br>and<br>the
		inability of the learned Assistant Government Pleader to
		argue the matter today, list the matter in the next week.
		6.<br>No further adjournment<br>shall be prayed.
