THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.160 of 2021
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed under the provisions of sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 complaining the non-compliance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.20876 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 and to punish the contemnor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent passed rejection order by complying with the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.20876 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020. He further states that no further orders are necessary in this contempt case and the contempt case may be closed.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is closed.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs.
