N Chandra Sekhar Reddy, Advocate (not present) for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.2 and none appeared for the Respondent No.1

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 27.09.2022 and 16.08.2023. On 04.11.2023 also, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed the Registry to list this matter 09.11.2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. on

Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the present criminal petition. Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
