Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in E.A.No.812 of 2019 in E.P.No.457 of 2017 in I.D.No. 20 of 2005 Dated-25.11.2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District, pending disposal of CRP No.218 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 31.01.2020 and 23-07-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S. Syamsunder Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Sri Arrabolu Sai Naveen, Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following order:

ORDER:

"Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the papers relating to the CRP are not available with him.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he would be serving copy of this CRP papers on the learned counsel for the respondent.

Post on 02.09.2020.

In the meanwhile, the interim stay granted earlier on 31.01.2020, shall stand $\lambda$ extended for a further period of three (3) weeks".
