The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 27-07-2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S Syamsunder Rao Advocate for the Petitioners, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
"Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the papers relating to the CRP are not available with him.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he would be serving copy of this CRP papers on the learned counsel for the respondent.
Post on 02.09.2020.
In the meanwhile, the interim stay granted earlier on 31.01.2020, shall stand extended for a further period of three $(3)$ weeks".
