The writ petition is filed to declare the NO.P.Admn.A1/1588/2015 proceedings dated 28.05.2015 in on the file of the 3^'^ respondent as illegal, unsustainable and violative of Arts. 14, <sup>16</sup> & <sup>21</sup> of Constitution of India apart provisions of Act 4 of 2014 dated 27.06.2014 and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner attains the age of 60 years. from being violative of the in service till he

  1. Since the matter pertains to the enhancement of age of the superannuation from <sup>58</sup> to <sup>60</sup> years, and in view of the fact that the petitioner could not succeed in obtaining any interim order Court feels that the in the present case, this cause in the writ petition does not survive.

  2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shail be no order as to costs.
