Petitioner above named through his Advocate WHEREAS the Ms.VANGALA SAILAJA presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased o issue writ, orders or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus

proceedings Rc.No.EHE05-14024/9/2021-ADMIN-II-IE, declaring the $(1)$ Dt.18.02.2021 issued by the respondent No.2 as illegal

(2) to declare surrendering of the respondent No.6 to the respondent No.1 by the respondent No.8 is illegal and without any authority of law, directing to bring back management to the respondent No.5, maintaining status-quo ante

directing the respondent No.1 to initiate action against the respondent Nos., 7 $(3)$ and 8 for their omissions and commissions:

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. Vangala Sailaja Advocate for the Petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondent Nos.1 & 4, Sri Santhisri Elipe, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 & 3, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
