Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 5, in interfering with the civil disputes by calling the petitioner to the Police Station and threatening him with dire consequences for eviction by using Police force without any authority or jurisdiction, as illegal, arbitrary, highhandedness, cannot be justified in the eye of law and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5, not to harass the petitioner by interfering with the civil disputes, in the interest of justice. IA NO: 1 OF 2022

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 3 to 5, not to call the petitioner to the police station, Pending disposal of WP 1768 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
