WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Shaik Asif, presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 3 to 5, in interfering with the civil disputes by calling the petitioner to the Police Station and threatening him with dire consequences for eviction by using Police force without any authority or jurisdiction, as illegal, arbitrary, highhandedness, cannot be justified in the eye of law and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5, not to harass the petitioner by interfering with the civil disputes, in the interest of justice.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Shaik Asif, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Govt. Pleader for Home for respondent Nos. 1 to 4, directed issue of notice to the Respondent Nos. 5 to 7 herein returnable in four (4) weeks to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
