her Advocate WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through Sri.C.Subodh presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the 4th respondent in deleting the land of an Ac 1.91 cents in Sy.No.140/3 situated at Pattikonda Village and Mandal, Kurnool District from disputed lands category as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to keep the subject lands in disputed lands"category;

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri.C.Subodh Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
