Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the order of the 4^th respondent issued in RC.No.165/2022/B dated 28.12.2022, pending disposal of WP No.1235 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI C SUBODH Advocate for the Petitioner and of GP FOR REVENUE for the Respondents, the Court made the following

"Heard Mr.O.Manohar Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Considering the submissions made and perusing the material on record including the order passed in L.R.A.No.63 of 1977 dated 17.10.1977 as also communication dated 04.05.2020(Ex.P5), prima facie, this Court finds merit in the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel. Further to the show cause notice(Ex.P2) dated 23.12.2022, a detailed reply(Ex.P3) was submitted

In the impugned Endorsement(Ex.P1), dated 28.12.2022 the said relevant aspects have not been taken into consideration, and no reasons for rejecting the same have been recorded. Hence, there shall be interim suspension as prayed for.
