		Heard Mr.O.Manohar Reddy, learned Senior
		Counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned
		Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
		Considering the submissions made<br>$\quad\text{and}\quad$
		perusing the material on record including the order
		passed in L.R.A.No.63 of 1977 dated 17.10.1977 as
		also communication dated $04.05.2020$ (Ex.P5),
		<i>prima facie,</i> this Court finds merit in the
		submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel.
		Further to the show cause notice(Ex.P2) dated
		23.12.2022, a detailed reply(Ex.P3) was submitted
		on 26.12.2022 setting out the relevant aspects of
		the case including the order passed by the Land
		Reforms Appellate Tribunal and the proceedings of
		the Joint Collector dated 04.05.2020.<br>In the
		impugned Endorsement(Ex.P1), dated 28.12.2022
		the said relevant aspects have not been taken into
		consideration, and no reasons for rejecting the
		same have been recorded. Hence, there shall be
		interim suspension as prayed for.
		List this case after four $(4)$ weeks for filing
		counters of the concerned respondents.
