Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the CRP by setting aside the Order dated 21.12.2020 passed in I.A.No.1805 of 2017 in O.S.No.352 of 2016, on the file of Additional Civil Judge's Court, Kadapa.

Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in O.S.No.352 of 2016, on the Additional Senior Civil Judge's Court, Kadapa, pending disposal of CRP No.65 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 08.02.2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G Ramesh Babu Advocate for the Petitioner.
