WHEREAS the Petitioners have presented this Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through their Counsel Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, praying the High Court to punish the respondents for willfully and deliberately disobeying the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in I.A.No. 1/2019 in W.P.No. 21244 of 2019 dated 27-12-2019.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, Advocate for the Petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents, who took notice for the respondents and sought time to get instructions, directed issuance of Notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

Therefore you namely;
