THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NINALA JAYASURYA WRIT PETITION No.1339 OF 2021
ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition, in short, is that despite making an application in Form 6-A on 05.11.2020 through Meeseva for issuance of e-Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed and to update the name of the petitioner in the Online Web Portal in respect of the land in question, no action is taken by the 2nd respondent so far.

As the application of the petitioner is required to be considered by the 2nd respondent, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner's application dated 05.11.2020 strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
