The Court made the following Order:

Though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Mr.P.Bala Swamy, learned counsel representing the sole respondent by drawing the attention of this Court to the Proceedings dated 17.10.2024 submits that the petitioner's application for deletion of the subject matter property was considered and rejected. He also submits that the delay in disposing off the application of the petitioner is not willful or wanton but due to administrative reasons and the respondent is tendering unconditional apology.

Considering the submissions made, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to seek recourse to Law against the Proceedings dated 17.10.2024, if he is so advised. No order as to costs. Consequently, all pending applications shall stand closed.
