Smt. S. Siva Kumari, learned counsel for the respondents submits that

the payments due to the petitioner have been cleared.

In that view of the matter, there is compliance of the directions of this

Court and accordingly, the present Contempt Case is closed.

However, if payments have not been made, it would be open to the petitioner to reopen the Contempt Case.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
