Respondents
WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Advocate Ms. Vangala Sailaja presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order/s or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring
- (1) Lr.No.F/HR/GR/701 Dt 30.10.2021 of Human Resources Department, LHO, SBI, Amaravati
- (2) Lr.No.Law/HR/VIJ/S/139 Dt 15.12.2021 issued by the Dy.Manager (Law) / respondent No.5 and
- (3) Lr.No.(2-0)(HR-2)/138 Dt 15.12.2021 issued by the respondent No.2
as illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from the services of the 1<sup>st</sup> respondent Bank under VRS pensionable service Benefits.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. Vangala Sailaja Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
