WHEREAS the petitioner has presented this case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through his counsel Sri M Karibasaiah, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents for. willful disobedience of the Order dated 04.10.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20812 of 2023

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M Karibasaiah, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice to the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 herein returnable in four (04) weeks to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not complied with the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No. 20812 of 2023 dated 04.10.2023. The said action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein is deliberate and wanton in order to flout the orders of this Hon'ble Court.

In view of the above said allegation against the respondent Nos.2 and 3 only, the Registry is directed to issue notices to the respondent Nos.2 and 3, returnable in four (04) weeks.

This Contempt Case against the respondent No.1 is struck off.

List on 22.02.2024."
