WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel M/s M.Karibasaiah. praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for willful disobedience of the orders in W.P.No.20363 of 2023, dated 09.10.2023;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of M/s M.Karibasaiah, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3, returnable in four (04) weeks, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER:

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not complied with the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No. 20326 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023. The said action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein is deliberate and wanton in order to flout the orders of this Hon'ble Court.

In view of the above said allegation against the respondent Nos.2 and 3 only, the Registry is directed to issue notices to the respondent Nos.2 and 3, returnable in four (04) weeks.

This Contempt Case against the respondent No.1 is struck off.

List on 22.02.2024."
