COMMON ORDER:

Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, these matters are squarely covered by a common order passed by this Court in WP No.7206 of 2021 & batch, dated 26.07.2024, and hence, requests this Court to pass similar order in these writ petitions also. The operative portion of the said order is as follows:

"..Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the cases and on considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners, without touching the merits of the cases, in the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present writ petitions.

  1. Accordingly, the all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. The impugned Memos in all the writ petitions are hereby set aside. Further, the 2nd respondent is directed to entertain the appeals and applications to condone the delay and dispose of the same, as expeditiously, as possible, by affording an opportunity to the petitioners, in accordance with statutory provisions under law. "

  2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and upon perusing the entire material available on record, this Court deems fit to dispose of these writ petitions in terms of the said order.

  3. Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the common order passed by this Court dated 26.07.2024 in W.P.No.7206 of 2021 & batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

  4. The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7206 of 2021 & batch, dated 26.07.2024 to this order. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
