		Heard Mr. G. Ramachandra Reddy, learned
		counsel for the appellants and Mr. M. Chalapati
		Rao, learned counsel for the respondent, who
		has appeared on the basis of a caveat filed by
		him.
		2. The appellants have moved the Court
		against the order dated 29.11.2021 passed on IA
		No.258 of 2021 in OS No.27 of 2021 on the file of
		Judge, Family Court-cum-VI Additional District
		Judge, Kadapa, by which the respondent, who
		was the plaintiff in the suit in the Court below
		has been granted an order of temporary
		injunction restraining the appellants<br>from
		alienating the schedule property in favour of
		third party.
		3. After some arguments, learned counsel
		respondent prayed for a<br>the<br>short<br>for
		adjournment to assist the Court on the basis of
		precedents on the issue that delay in filing the
		suit for specific performance would not be fatal
		to the suit.
		4. In view thereof, the matter be listed on
		28.02.2022.
		5. In the meantime, learned counsel for the
		respondent shall file proper English translated
		copies of Agreement of Sale, Sale deed and other
		relevant documents.
