		Petitioner have been cleared and amount
		has<br>been<br>paid<br>to<br>the<br>Petitioner<br>on
		24.02.2023.
		The counter of 8th<br>Respondent is not
		on<br>record.<br>Learned<br>Counsel<br>for<br>the
		Petitioner<br>submits<br>that<br>the<br>copy<br>of<br>the
		counter affidavit of Respondent No. 7 is also
		given to him today and prays for two weeks'
		time to enable to obtain instructions<br>with
		respect to the averments in the affidavit
		regarding payment made.
