A.S.No. 51 of 2020 :-

Appeal under Section 96 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the decree and judgment dated 11.09.2019 passed in O.S.No. 81 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Bhimavaram.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the orders of the High Court dated 28-01-2020, 25-02-2020 made in $I.A.No.1$ of 2020, 14-10-2020 made in I.A.No.2 of 2020 and order dt.06-01-2021, 22-02-2021, 22-03-2021, 19-04-2021 & 05.07.2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Y V.
