Appeal under Section 96 of CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the decree and judgment dated 11.09.2019 passed in O.S.No. 81 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Bhimavaram.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the orders of the High Court dated 28-01-2020, 25-02-2020 14-10-2020 made in I.A.No.2 of 2020 and order made in $I.A.No.1$ of 2020, dt.06-01-2021, 22-02-2021, 22-03-2021 and 19-04-2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Y V. Anil Kumar, Advocate for the Appellant, and Sri Dintakurthi Naga Madhavi, learned counsel for the respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
"When the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.
List after three weeks.
In the meantime, interim order granted earlier shall stand extended".
