Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings C.C.No.154/2018 on the file of IInd Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, including the arrest of the Petitioner/A4 herein, pending disposal of CRLP No.219 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court order dated 21-01-2020made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI Y NAGI REDDY Advocate for the Petitioner, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following.
