Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for suitable appointment as per the application of the petitioner dt.10-08-2017 under Displaced persons Quota as per G.O.Ms.No.98, Irrigation (Projects Wing) Dept., dated 15.4.1986 and also as per Memo No.480-LAR (2) 87/2, dt.24.08.1987 though the petitioner had submitted all the necessary documents as illegal, arbitrary, high handed, unjust, irrational, irregular, and violate of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for suitable appointment as per the application of the petitioner dt.10-08-2017 under Displaced persons Quota as per G.O.Ms.No.98, Irrigation (Projects Wing) Dept., dated 15.4.1986 and also as per Memo No.480-LAR (2) 87/2, dt.24.08.1987 at the earliest.

Petition under Section 151 of CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for suitable appointment as per the application of the petitioner dt.10-08-2017 under Displaced persons Quota as per G.O.Ms.No.98, Irrigation (Projects Wing) Dept., dated 15.4.1986 and also as per Memo No.480-LAR (2) 87/2, dt.24.08.1987, Pending disposal of WP 714 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

"Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to G.O.Ms.No.98 IRRIGATION (PROJECTS WING) DEPARTMENT dated 15.04.1986 providing a provision for employment for the Displaced persons and submits that the Representation made by the Writ Petitioner on 10.08.2017 has not been considered by the Respondent No.3.

2. Sri V.K.Naidu, Ld. Government Pleader for Services-III submits that the Representation as per G.O.Ms.No.98 shall be made within one year from the date of Displacement. 化分配 的复数

3. Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the Memo No.480-LAR(2)87/2, dated 24.08.1987 (Ex.P2) to state that condition of making a Representation within one year has been relaxed by this Memo.

4. In this view of the matter, the Respondent No.3, in the meantime, is directed to consider the Representation of the Writ Petitioner dated 10.08.2017 (Ex.P3) and pass a speaking Order within six weeks from the date of submission of this Order and convey the outcome to the Writ Petitioner forthwith.

5. Let a copy of this Order along with a copy of the Representation dated 10.08.2017 be submitted to the Respondent No.3 within two weeks from today.

6. Let Counter-Affidavit be filed within three weeks. One week thereafter for filing Rejoinder, if any.

7. List the matter on 24.02.2023."
