		Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, Ld. Counsel for the
		Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this
		Court to G.O.Ms.No.98 IRRIGATION (PROJECTS
		dated<br>$WING$ )<br>DEPARTMENT<br>15.04.1986
		providing a provision for employment for the
		Displaced persons and submits that the
		Representation made by the Writ Petitioner on
		$10.08.2017$ has not been considered by the
		Respondent No.3.
		2. Sri V.K.Naidu, Ld. Government Pleader
		for Services-III submits that the Representation
		as per G.O.Ms.No.98 shall be made within one
		year from the date of Displacement.
		3. Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has
		drawn the attention of this Court to the Memo
		No.480-LAR(2)87/2, dated 24.08.1987 (Ex.P2) to
		state that condition of making a Representation
		within one year has been relaxed by this Memo.

		In this view of the<br>matter,<br>4.<br>the
		Respondent No.3, in the meantime, is directed to
		consider<br>Representation of the<br>the<br>Writ
		Petitioner dated $10.08.2017$ (Ex.P3) and pass a
		speaking Order within six weeks from the date of

submission<br>of<br>this<br>Order<br>and<br>convey<br>the
outcome to the Writ Petitioner<br>forthwith.
5. Let a copy of this Order along with a
copy of the Representation dated 10.08.2017 be
submitted to the Respondent No.3 within two
weeks from today.
6. Let Counter-Affidavit be filed within
three weeks.<br>One week thereafter for filing
Rejoinder, if any.
7. List the matter on 24.02.2023.
