		Prosecutor, post on 21.3.2025.
		The revision was filed against the concurrent
		finding of conviction and sentence for the alleged
		offence under Section 408<br>of Indian Penal Code.
		The revision is one of the oldest cases of the
		year 2007. Therefore, issue Non Bailable<br>Warrant
		against the revisionist M.Sankar Reddy, S/o.Narayana
		Reddy, aged 51 years, Occ: Cooli, R/o Korlagunta,
		Tirupathi, Chittoor District, through the Superintendent
		of Police Tirupathi.<br>On his arrest, he shall be produced
		before the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of
		First<br>Class,<br>Tirupathi<br>and<br>on<br>his<br>production,<br>the
		accused/revisionist/petitioner shall be enlarged on bail
		on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-
		(Rupees ten Thousand only) with two sureties for the
		like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned II
		Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupathi.
		Learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class,
		Tirupathi, is further directed to get an undertaking from

	the	revisionist	that	he	would	give	necessary
							instructions to his counsel for disposal of the present
	case.
