Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to declare the high handed action of the respondents No. 2 to 4 illegal arbitrary and set a side the impugned Notice No. Lr.No.DB/ATO/F W-22(A) 455 M Dt. 18-07-2019 issued by the Respondent No.2 consequently direct to the respondents not to Dismantle/ Demolish the slab culvert on the Miramiacodu Minor drain at Km 1.850 in Bhimavaram Town, West Godavari District.

I.A No. 1 of 2020 :- Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of W.P., the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to Dismantle/ Demolish the slab culvert on the Miramiacodu Minor drain at Km 1.850 in Bhimavaram Town, West Godavari District, pending disposal of W.P.No. 612 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and Orders of High Court dated 08-01-2020, 29-01-2020, 05-02-2020, 26-02-2020, 10-03-2020, 16.09.2020, 02.12.2020, 19-01-2021 & 02-02-2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Y. Soma Raju, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Govt. Pleader for Irrigation on behalf of respondents, the Court made the following

Interim order granted on 16-09-2020 is extended from time to enable the respondents to file counter but no counter is filed.

Interim Order extended until further orders.
