Whereas the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Habibullah Shaik, presented this revision Under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memo. of Grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to set aside the Order dt. 30-09-2022 passed by eh I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur in I.A.No.459 of 2022 in I.P.No. 34/2022.

And whereas the High Court, upon perusing the petition and the memo of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Habibullah Shaik, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause why this revision should not be admitted.
