		Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner
		and it is the case of the petitioner that the
		respondents deliberately and wantonly violated the
		orders of this Court in W.P.No.29586 of 2024 dated

		12.12.2024.
		In view of the above said allegations, the
		Registry is directed to send notices to<br>the
		respondent Nos.1 & 2 only, returnable in four $(4)$
		weeks.
		The Mandal Parishad Development Officer,
		Tippa Samudram Mandal, Annamayya<br>Pedda
		District was shown as the $4^{th}$ respondent in the writ

		petition, but the Mandal Parishad Development
		Officer, Mulakalacheruvu Mandal, Annamayya
		District is made as the $3^{rd}$ respondent in the
		contempt case. The learned counsel for the
		petitioner has to explain for the said discrepancy.
		Hence, the issuance of notice to the $3rd$ respondent
		is differed.
