Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay of all proceedings in Crime No.203/2019 including appearance of the further Petitioners/Accused 1 and 2 pending disposed of CRLP No.80 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the orders of the High Court order dated 07-01-2020 and 11-02-2020 made herein upon hearing the arguments of Sri K Rama Koteswara Rao Advocate for the Petitioners, and and of the Public Prosecutor for 2^nd Respondent and Sri A.K.Kishore Reddy, Advocate for 1^st Respondent the Court made the following.
