Yash Agarwal is a practising advocate with experience in the field of litigation, handling matters across Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, and allied laws, and is practising before various Courts in India. He appears before the Hon’ble High Courts and District Courts and is actively involved in both trial court and appellate practice.He has experience in handling and drafting a wide range of legal documents, including Civil Suits, Criminal Complaints, Bail Applications, Writ Petitions, Claims, Written Statements, Counter Affidavits, Rejoinders, Evidence Affidavits, Applications, and other allied pleadings. He has also appeared in bail and urgent matters before different courts.Yash Agarwal has been involved in representing clients in contentious matters and advisory work, and has assisted in matters relating to criminal law, matrimonial disputes, civil litigation, and procedural law.He completed his legal education from Galgotias University, Greater Noida.
