Major Key Points :- Proficiency in Criminal Defense Law, Criminal Law, and Criminal Defense Strong research skills with a focus on legal analysis Knowledge of general Law principles and legal procedures Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Capability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions Valid state bar license to practice law Prior experience in criminal law or defense is highly desirable
